The best quality cruise for the price Russia: St. Petersburg-Moscow?

I'm looking at a few cruise lines to experience ~ 13 days on the road. What is the highest quality of cruise passengers is ripe? Thank you.

I worked as a lecturer on Viking River Cruise Line (they used to employ Russian academics to discuss the Russian history, traditions, etc.) for a couple of months a few years ago.
